What we collect

When you join the Oxford Growth waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the time it was added to the waitlist.

Why we use it

We use your email address only to send Oxford Growth launch updates, beta access information, and closely related product updates.

Our lawful basis is consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to remove you from the waitlist.

Who can access it

Lean Otter Ltd, company number 16599663, will have read-only access to waitlist data for Oxford Growth-related purposes. Lean Otter Ltd will be able to view the waitlist data but will not be able to modify the stored data.

We use Vercel Blob to store waitlist data and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated submissions. These providers may process personal data where needed to provide their services.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until Oxford Growth launches or until you ask to be removed. We will delete waitlist data when it is no longer needed for the waitlist purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the way we use your personal data. You can also withdraw consent and ask to be removed from the waitlist.

Security

We use service providers that support encrypted transmission and controlled access. Waitlist submissions are validated server-side and protected with Cloudflare Turnstile before an email address is stored.

Changes

We will update this policy when Oxford Growth, the waitlist, or the services used to run this website change in a way that affects how personal data is handled.
